Meals on Wheels delivers hot, well-balanced meals to the doors of seniors and other neighbors who are homebound because of disability or illness.​


Drivers also deliver groceries once a month to low-income seniors through NAM’s Senior Food program.​

Elderly, homebound or disabled individuals who live in the following ZIP Codes may qualify for NAM’s Meals on Wheels Program: 77014, 77038, 77041 (Jersey Village Area), 77064, 77066, 77067, 77068, 77069, 77070, 77084, 77086, 77377, 77090, 77095, 77375, 77429, 77379, 77388, 77389, 77040, 77065, 77447 (Harris County portion Near Hockley), 77484 and 77433 (only Harris County side).

With help from hundreds of volunteers, Meals on Wheels Montgomery County delivers an entire year’s worth of meals to one homebound person at a cost lower than one day in a hospital or six days in a nursing home.


Seniors on the service receive meals 6 days a week.


There is currently a waitlist for this service.  Contact Maggie at maggie@mowmc.org.

Transportation is a big issue for many seniors. Unable to drive for health or economic reasons they become homebound. As such, going to a doctor's appointment or the grocery store is challenging.

Senior Rides in Montgomery is a curb-to-curb service providing disability-compliant transportation to seniors and the disabled within Montgomery County.

The Gathering- For People With Dementia

The Gathering is a fabulous no-cost resource for anyone who is caring for someone with dementia.

Family caregivers are able to bring their loved ones to a participating church for a few hours of fun activity.

This gives the caregiver a much-needed break.

Affinity Memorial Center is owned by Veterans and is honored to assist the family with making arrangements with the Veterans Administration for the honors due Veterans and their spouses at no additional charges to the Veterans family.


Houston National Cemetery will provide the use of a committal shelter or chapel for your service, the provision of a space for placing your loved one, and an appropriate marker for their grave.


The military branch in which your veteran served will provide a team to fold and present the national colors under which he served, and render taps as the tribute of  a proud and grateful nation.

We wanted to continue to provide reasonable costs, the highest level of care, and provide families who chose cremation with the same respect and service as those who chose a more conventional funeral service with burial.


We have as our goal providing your family with the same level of respect and care we provide our own family, regardless of the choices you wish for burial, cremation or other memorialization.

Rides is a subsidized transportation service for seniors over 65 or the disabled. Seniors may share a ride ( the most economical way) or take a taxi.

The senior will pay 50% of the cost of the ride up to $48 one way.


This is great for appointments for seniors who are unable to drive or use public transportation. Curb side service is offered.
